Return Windows by Product Type
• Founders Collection (Made-to-Order): Final sale. Because each piece is custom crafted, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production begins.
• Standard Jewelry Pieces: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility Requirements
• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Original packaging, pouch, and Certificate of Authenticity must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return
1. Contact us through our [Contact Page] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for safely returning your item.
3. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and insuring the return shipment. Valley Armor is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

To exchange an item, please follow the return steps above. Once approved, you may place a new order for your desired piece.

Restocking Fee
• Items missing original packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns beyond 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

• Customers outside the USA are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
• We recommend using a trackable, insured carrier for all returns.
