Each Valley Armor piece is crafted with care. Ready-to-ship items are sent within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order designs from our Founders Collection require 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. Tracking will be provided once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Valley Armor ships worldwide. International shipping times and customs fees vary by country.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Founders Collection pieces are made to order and cannot be canceled or returned. All other items may be adjusted or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Valley Armor piece. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in original packaging. Made-to-order Founders Collection designs are final sale.

Is the anointing oil for jewelry care?
No. The anointing oil included with your order is a spiritual gift meant for prayer and consecration — not for jewelry cleaning or polishing.

Yes. Valley Armor designs are created to be worn daily as reminders of faith. With proper care, they will maintain their beauty for generations.
What metals do you use?
Our pendants are crafted in 14K gold and Continuum sterling silver, chosen for their heirloom durability. Chains are offered in rhodium-plated sterling silver, gold-filled, or solid 14K gold. Each piece is made to reflect both strength and sacred beauty.
Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
We use ethically sourced natural diamonds for their timeless brilliance and value.
